The City of Greenville, North Carolina Recreation and Parks Department is accepting Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) for the Sycamore Hill Memorial Gateway Plaza and Restroom Facility at Town Common. A pre-submittal meeting is scheduled for Friday, March 3, 2017 at 2:00 pm at City Hall, Conference Room 328, 200 West 5th Street, Greenville, NC.
