The Historic Preservation Commission has established a subcommittee that is researching and preparing a plan for a city-wide historical marker program.

Historical markers commemorate diverse topics including architecture, events, individuals, community organizations, and businesses that have impacted or made lasting contributions to Greenville's history.

As the planning process continues, look for opportunities to join in the conversation about Greenville's history.

Make your mark and share your story.
