Citizen's Police Academy
For more information on the Citizen's Police Academy contact Sgt. Dale Mills or call him at 252.329.4339.
As part of our community oriented policing philosophy, the Greenville Police Department has implemented the Citizen's Police Academy. The centerpiece of Community Oriented Policing is to begin to maintain a partnership between the police and the community. The Citizen's Police Academy is a great way for our citizens to get a crash course on the inner workings of the police department and get to know our officers, too. The academy meets weekly on Thursday evenings from 6:00pm to 7:30pm for ten consecutive weeks. The Fall 2017 session will run from September 21 - November 30.
