The public will be allowed to make comments during the Public Address portion of the meeting.  Anyone wishing to be heard during the meeting

should call 252-329-4004 or email baileysg@ghanc.net  between 8:00 am and 3:00 pm the day of the meeting to sign up.  You will then be provided with a dial in number.  The public address period will last for 30 minutes and comments will be heard in the order they were received.
