The Planning & Development Services Department is requesting proposals for the development of six (6) vacant lots in the Lincoln Park Neighborhood. A Mandatory Pre-bid meeting is scheduled for Friday, February 10, 2023 at 9:30 am at 624 Hudson Street, Greenville, North Carolina.
