With Spring approaching, the time is now to start hitting the pavement and promoting your business! Government is a great place to start! Join us for the City of Greenville/GUC MWBE Mix-N-Meet Business Opportunity Fair. The Mix-N-Meet is your opportunity as a local, minority, and/or woman-owned business to showcase your business and pitch your products and services directly to the City of Greenville and Greenville Utilities Commission. The event will take place:

Date: May 21, 2024

Time: 9:00 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.

Location: 3rd Floor Gallery Greenville City Hall

200 West Fifth Street, 27858

How Does It Work?

Depending upon what product or service you provide, you can decide to participate in the Business Opportunity Fair, or talk with members from specific departments about opportunities or both. Participants in the Fair will provide products or services that any department would purchase such as office supplies or catering services. The MWBE Program will provide the tables and the people; simply bring your best displays, your latest information, and your business cards! Individuals in attendance will include Department/Division Heads and vendors who would like to network with large firms directly involved in the purchasing process.

Other more specialized vendors interested in specific departments can meet and speak to representatives about upcoming projects and bid opportunities. If you are in the construction industry or in the professional services field, simply sign up for a one-on-one matchmaking session and let project managers from the City of Greenville and other organizations come to you!

Attention Local Vendors:

Is your business located within the City limits of Greenville? Are you interested in learning about resources for your business? Please join us and sign up for a Matchmaking Session and/or the Lunch-N-Learn Business Workshop on the Mix-N-Meet RSVP page.

Is There a Fee?

Both the Mix-N-Meet, matchmaking session and workshop are free of charge.
