Truck or Treat Uptown Halloween Event

The City of Greenville Police Department and Uptown Greenville are partnering for a Halloween Truck or Treat food truck event on Tuesday, October 31, from 9:00 PM-1:00 AM along the 200 block of East Fifth Street.
Street Closure Details:
The following streets will close at 6:00 PM on October 31:
- 5th St between Evans Street and Reade Circle
- Cotanche Street between Fourth Street and Reade Circle
Other Details:
- One Way traffic will be permitted northbound on Reade Circle.
- Evans Street, 4th Street, and the Five Points Plaza will remain open for normal traffic.
- The Fourth Street Parking Deck will remain open at the Fourth Street entrance.
Event Entry Locations:
- Reade Circle and Cotanche Street
- Reade Circle near the ECU West End Dining Hall
- Fifth Street and Reade Circle
- Fifth Street and Evans Street
- Fourth Street Parking Deck- Cotanche entrance
