The Public Information Office, a division of the City Manager's Office, is responsible for disseminating information about the City through a variety of methods including publications, the Government Access Channel (GTV-9), videos, flyers, door hangers, news releases, weekly City Page ads, sanitation bills, social media sites, and this Web site.
The Communications Manager is also the manager of the City's new brand and is responsible for ensuring the consistent use of the brand. Questions about the brand and use of the City's logo should be directed to the Communications Manager.
The Public Information Office promotes City events and services, publicizes and releases government news and information to the public, and often serves as the official liaison for the City of Greenville. The Public Information Office is open and available to the public during normal working hours, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., Monday - Friday.
