The Neighborhood and Business Services Department improves the quality of life for Greenville residents by creating and preserving affordable housing, revitalizing, and maintaining safe environments within neighborhoods, and supporting related human services. We help individuals and groups leverage assets, connect them to appropriate resources to achieve positive results, and empower residents and small businesses to thrive.

 

Community Development administers programs that help with homeownership, creation of affordable rental development, neighborhood revitalization and enrichment, and related human services.

Code Enforcement improves and maintains the quality of life for Greenville citizens by enforcing City Codes to ensure a safe and attractive environment.             

Business Development provides support and resources to promote downtown and small business.
