Substantial Amendment to the Annual Action Plan
The City of Greenville is proposing a substantial amendment to its 2024 Annual Action Plan to reallocate HUD HOME Investment Partnership Program (HOME) funds for Homeowner Housing Rehabilitation.
Public input is encouraged. A draft of the proposed amendment will be available for review here:
A public hearing will be held at 6 pm on April 10, 2025 in Council Chambers at the Greenville City Hall to receive comments on the proposed changes. Written comments will also be accepted until April 8, 2025 and can be submitted to Tiana Berryman, Director, Neighborhood and Business Services Department at 252-329-4518 or [email protected].
