Parking along city streets and surface lots located in the downtown area is free, but there are time restrictions where signage is posted. Vehicles must be removed from parking spots once the allotted time has expired to avoid being cited. There is a charge for parking in the 4th Street Parking Garage.

Non-restricted parking is available in the following areas:

• Reade Street within the 300 to 100 blocks
• Second and Third Streets between Cotanche and Washington Streets
• First Street (when special event signage is not posted)

The city provides 10 surface lots and a parking garage in the downtown area. Each are shown in the map below. Additionally, on-street parking is available throughout downtown.
