Pitt County and the City of Greenville will soon hold public information sessions to share details about a proposed Megasite Industrial Park in the northern portion of Pitt County.Proposed Megasite Map

A megasite is a parcel of 1,000 acres or more that is viable for industrial development. Pitt County’s site is one of seven in the state that have been identified as potential megasites in North Carolina. A megasite could benefit the community by attracting major companies and investments, creating jobs, and stimulating economic growth.

Pitt County and City of Greenville staff will be available at the public information sessions to provide information about this potentially transformative project.
