The City of Greenville engaged Developmental Associates, LLC, in March to conduct an assessment of the Greenville Fire/Rescue Department in an effort to better understand what issues the department might be facing as it seeks to maintain a high level of service. The assessment included small group meetings, targeted interviews, surveys of current and former employees, and the review of data to assess vulnerabilities outlined in the surveys.
