The Collections Division is responsible for the collection and processing of all revenue amounts due the City for the sales and services provided by all City departments. The Collections Division receives payments directly for the following:
  • Parking citations
  • Civil citations
  • Rescue service transports
  • GREAT bus passes
  • Scheduled payments
  • Miscellaneous payments

The Collections Division is located on the first floor of City Hall, 200 West Fifth Street, Greenville, NC 27834. To reach the Collections Division, please call 252.329.4884. Payments are accepted Monday through Friday. Currently, hours are limited to 9 a.m.-noon on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday and 1 p.m.-5 p.m. on Tuesday and Thursday.

Both city and county ad valorem property taxes are paid at the Pitt County Tax Collector's Office located at 111 South Washington Street, Greenville, NC 27834. Telephone 252.902.3425.

Payments for Sales and Services

Payments for sales and services provided by the various City departments such as Recreation and Parks, Public Works, Building Inspections, Fire/Rescue and Police are collected at the locations providing the services. A schedule of sales, services and associated fees is contained in the City of Greenville Manual of Fees.
