In accordance with the provisions of North Carolina General Statute 160A-71, notice is hereby given that a special meeting of the City Council is hereby called on the 31st day of August 31, 2022 at 5 p.m.

The purpose of this meeting is for conducting a closed session in accordance with G.S. 143-318.11 (a)(6), to consider the qualifications, competence, performance, character, fitness, conditions of appointment, or conditions of initial employment of individual public officers or employees.
