The Design Review Committee of the Historic Preservation Commission will be meeting on Thursday, July 20th at 2:30 PM in room 102 of the Municipal Building to discuss two Facade Improvement Grant applications - for 212 E Fifth and 401 Evans Street. At the Design Review meeting, the following occurs:
- The applicant will present information about the proposed project and how it responds to the Design Guidelines and Secretary of Interior's Standards for Rehabilitation.
- The public may offer comments regarding the proposed design.*
- The Design Review Committee will prepare its recommendation regarding the design for the Historic Preservation Commission.
*Please note that public comment at the Recommendation meeting is limited to design considerations as described in the Design Guidelines.
