3.  Application for a Certificate of Appropriateness (COA) submitted by Rob O'Connor for driveway construction and screening at 309 Student Street, parcel number 10401.
4. Application for a Certificate of Appropriateness (COA) submitted by Rob O'Connor for driveway construction and screening at 703 E. Fourth Street, parcel number 25032.
