Facade Improvement Grant Workshop
ATTENTION: DOWNTOWN AREA OWNERS AND TENANTS
The City of Greenville is again offering Façade Improvement Grants. The grants are being offered to property owners or tenants to improve the facades of commercial structures in the City’s downtown core. The City is offering matching grants up to $5,000 for each façade. A workshop will be held on November 2nd, 2018 in the gallery on the third floor of City Hall, 200 West Fifth Street, at 10 AM.
