Contractor Workshop

  • Introduction: The City of Greenville Community Development Department, Housing Division will be hosting a General Contractor’s Workshop on Thursday, June 13, 2019 at 10:00 AM in the City of Greenville Municipal Building Third Floor at 201 West 5th Street, Greenville NC 27834.

This workshop is designed to inform General Contractors about the requirements for bidding on new construction and housing rehabilitation projects with the Housing Division. All Licensed General Contractors seeking to be added to the City of Greenville’s Approved Contractor’s List are invited to attend; however, this workshop is mandatory for all contractors currently on the Approved Contractors List.

Women owned, Minority owned and Section 3 certified businesses are encouraged to attend.
